Esperanto is a “new alternative” bluesy, hard rock band with unique guitar riffs, catchy lyrics and dynamic vocal harmonies. The synergy of both guitarists’ sound is a melding of slide guitar and heavy riffs, accented by the occasional and colorful pinch harmonic. Add to that the two distinct vocal styles of the slide guitar player and the bassist, along with droning vocal harmonies together, and the result is a band that is reminiscent of the bands of the early 1990s.

Formed in a basement in Westfield Mass., on July 15th in the heat of the summer of 2014, Esperanto quickly recorded a 3 song EP and immediately started getting airplay on Lazer 99.3 Locals Only! Esperanto has been playing shows around New England and rocking audiences with their unique style of vintage/modern rock ‘n’ roll!
