In Living Color explores how the personal, social and cultural constructs of racial identity uniquely shape the everyday lives of students of color at Smith College. Temar France’s raw and compelling portraits, challenge the viewer to consider the ways that identities are constructed through projections of subjective experiences. The exhibition will bring together student interviews with a focus on health, wellness and the conjectural illusions between what is seen and surely known.” Sponsored by The Black Student Alliance and My Sister’s Keeper.
Show will run:
Apr 7 – Apr 20.
