KUNDALINI YOGA

Kundalini yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices emphasizing conscious use of breath and asana (movement exercises). We do a fairly vigorous practice that combines deep stretches with strengthening asanas and finishes with mindfulness meditation. Open to students with all levels of experience.
Lesley Farlow is a KRI Certified teacher and has been practicing and teaching KY for over 25 years. She had the wonderful and inspirational opportunity to study with Yogi Bhajan.
