Join Connecticut River Conservancy and the Smith College Museum of Art for a conversation with Guiliana Torta, Counsellor for Environment, Fisheries and Ocean policies at the EU Delegation to the U.S. in Washington DC. Giuliana will discuss the political context in Europe that led to this widespread plastic legislation, compare similarities and differences in the U.S. political environment, and share strategies we can implement.
