The photographs and video pieces in this SHARED SPACES exhibition are works selected from The NATURE/CULTURE Project – my ten year [ 2008-2018] survey of American spaces and places found along the roadside across all regions of the country.
Although my NATURE/CULTURE Project photographs are of places void of people, I believe a human trace is visible in each picture and, with this in mind, I see my images of these spaces as social landscapes.
